I found the following list of freeware in the form of a PDF which is copyrighted so I will not be able to pass it along. I found it a couple of weeks ago and as luck would have it, I can't find it again. Anyway, I was able to copy the table of contents for the document and if you are interested in any of the programs you can Google the name and get the information you need.
Please note, a lot of the titles on this list have been discussed in our meeting format.
